Our Outreach or 'floating' support comes to you in your own home. We can help you with things like:
- Budgeting
- Accessing benefits
- Health and community care services
- Establishing and maintaining social support
- Developing home-management skills, such as cooking and cleaning
Most floating support services are intended to be short term, although there are some that are available on a continous basis
